Mazda Motorsports Contingency Program

Mazda Motorsports is proud to present a new contingency program dedicated to the Super Lap Series (SLS), marking the first time a cash prize structure of this scale has been introduced for Mazda drivers in SLS. Eligible drivers competing in a Mazda vehicle can earn payouts for finishing as high as first place—and even those who finish fourth or fifth can take home cash.
Usage Requirements: To be eligible for this program, competitors must be driving a Mazda vehicle. The motor must be Mazda or MZR. No other engine swap will be allowed. See full requirements and registration process below.
Starter Requirements: To be eligible to receive contingency awards for a competition, there must be a minimum of 5 starters in your class the day of the competition.
Decals Requirement: YES – 2. Placement TBD.
Award Details: Cash awards are presented to 1st-5th place finishers each competition day, as long as the the starting requirements outlined above are met. Awards are presented to eligible competitors in the form of a Mazda Reward Performance Mastercard.
Additional Information: Awards must be claimed within 30 days of event conclusion and no later than December 31 and through the official Mazda Motorsports contingency page.

2nd Place - $275
3rd Place - $200
4th Place - $125
5th Place - $75
Mazda Contingency Program Links
Follow these steps and use the links below to register for the Mazda Motorsports contingency program or to submit a contingency claim form.
Step 1: Register with Mazda Team Support Program PRIOR to competing for contingency awards and have been issued (emailed) an MTSP number (BXXXX).
Step 2: Ensure car meets contingency requirements.
Step 3: Submit contingency request package -
a. Contingency request form
b. IRS W9 form
c. Pictures of car & driver
d. Official SLS results
Step 4: 5-8 week wait time
Step 5: Claim funds. Instructions will be sent via email.
