FARA Academy's instructors are top-tier professionals with extensive backgrounds in racing and High Performance Driving Education (HPDE). They dedicate themselves to teaching and inspiring drivers at all levels, thereby enhancing the racing community. Our instructors always enjoy plenty of free track time. We welcome experienced track drivers interested in sharing their knowledge to join our team. Ideal candidates are either MSF Level 2 certified or possess a minimum of 5 years of track experience and have instructed with other HPDE organizations. FARA Academy instructors play a crucial role in providing both on-track and in-car instruction, individually and in small groups. Our events are coordinated with FARA race weekends, necessitating instructors' availability and punctuality. All instructors must possess a two-way communicator for use during in-car coaching sessions. Additionally, we maintain a stringent instructor cancellation policy, permitting no more than one cancellation per calendar year, to guarantee adequate instructor availability for novice students.
